Oversize Concept Artwork of Promenade Room from The Towering Inferno (Irwin Allen Productions, 1974). Vintage original oversize concept artwork featuring couples in the promenade room. The artwork is hand-painted in acrylic and gouache on a leaf of illustration paper measuring 33.5" x 24.5" and affixed to 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 40" x 30". Actual artwork reproduced on p. 425 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019. Very Good, with border smudges, surface scuffs, slight edge toning, corner bumps and wear on the mount board. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
