The Seaview surfaced in the 1961 movie, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. The Vessel is a Nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine nearly 573 feet long with a displacement of approx. 16500 tons. It was designed by Admiral Harriman Nelson with the support of the Bureau of Marine Exploration, the US Department of Science and the US Navy. 3d model created by John Picha.
